Excluded: Case 02 overlaps Case 03, so its 208 hours are not added.
Estimated: Case 04 uses an owner-confirmed two hours a day that was not time-clocked.
Not claimed: Case 01 deliberately carries no time or money figure.

What went wrong
The delivery-booking email format was corrected three times in its first week. Later, the case-study page accidentally stopped saying so.
Both matter: the operating system needed adjustment, and the proof record needed correction. A useful system is observed after launch. Credible evidence is checked after publication.
01
Put the real workflow into daily use.
02
Change what does not survive the real work.
03
Keep the failure and the response visible.
Known limit: this is one partner-owned business, so it is operating evidence—not independent third-party validation.
